Ordering Elementary workbooks

The steps below provide the process for ordering Elementary workbooks.

1. Go to the Imagine Learning Elementary Workbook Order Form. 
2. Select your Teacher Type from the drop-down menu.
   
3. Select your state from the drop-down menu that displays.
   
4. Click to download the Workbook Order Form.
   
5. A spreadsheet displays. Download the form and fill out the columns.
   
6. Save the document with the name of YourSchoolName.TheDateofSubmission.WorkbookOrder.
   
    
7. Return to the order form from step one. 
8. Click browse files and upload the spreadsheet. 
   
    

9. Complete the rest of the form as follows:

   Field	Action
   School Year	Select the school year from the drop-down menu.
   District Name	Enter the District Name. The name should match what is shown in https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/.
   School Name	Enter the School Name. The name should match what is shown in https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/. Example: TEST EDGENUITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (IS)
   Your First & Last Name	Enter the first and last name of the point of contact.
   Your School Email Address	Enter your school's email address.
   Total Number of Workbooks Requested	Provide the total number of workbooks from the spreadsheet.
   Order Type	Select bulk order or individual orders.

10. Select Send me a copy of my responses, if desired, then click Submit.
