The steps below provide the process for ordering Elementary workbooks.
- Go to the Imagine Learning Elementary Workbook Order Form.
- Do one of the following:
If you are... Then... Maintaining courses from the previous school year - Select the previous school year.
- A link displays; click it.
- Select your state.
- Continue to step 3.
Using the new course set for the upcoming school year - Select the upcoming school year and your state.
- Continue to step 3.
- A link displays; click it.
- A spreadsheet displays. Download the form and fill out the columns.
- Save the document with the name of YourSchoolName.TheDateofSubmission.WorkbookOrder.
- Return to the order form from step one.
- Click browse files to upload the spreadsheet.
- Select the file to upload, then click Open.
- Complete the rest of the form, then click Submit.
Field Action District Name Enter the District Name. The name should match what is shown in https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/. School Name Enter the School Name. The name should match what is shown in https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/.
Example: TEST EDGENUITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (IS)Your First & Last Name Enter the first and last name of the point of contact. Your School Email Address Enter your school's email address. Total Number of Workbooks Requested Provide the total number of workbooks from the spreadsheet. Order Type Select bulk order or individual orders.
