Awareness Game Plan
This plan is designed to help you raise awareness about your virtual program. It can be used to increase the number of current students enrolled in your virtual courses by letting students and families know that virtual courses are available. Or it can be used to attract new or former students from around your district, especially those who have left your district to attend another program or are homeschooled.
Recovery Game Plan
This plan is designed to help you recover students who have dropped out of school. It can be used to let these students and their families know that virtual courses are available. Whether these students dropped but because they thought they’d fallen too far behind or because they simply needed more flexibility due to their responsibilities outside of school, this game plan lets them know that you offer a virtual option that can help them get back on track to graduate.
Each game plan includes informational materials in a variety of formats, including e-mails, letters, postcards, flyers, social media messages, and print and digital ads. All you have to do is pick which materials you’d like to use. Each document is customizable so that you can add your school or district logo, contact information, and more.
