Creating a Pacing Report with Overall Grade

Use this page to learn how to create a report on enrollments that have a particular Actual Grade. 

  1. Click Schools.

     Note

    For specific students, click Mentors and then select Mentor's name. Jump to step three.

  2. Click the school name.

  3. Click Current Enrollments

     Note

    Students with at least one enrollment will appear.

  4. Select the desired Pacing option from the dropdown.

  5. Select the desired Overall Grade option from the dropdown and insert a corresponding percentage.

  6. Click Get Data

  7. Click Customize Columns.

  8. Adjust the dropdown menus as desired.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Sort results by clicking the header name, if desired.

  11. Click Export Results to Excel
