Adding a parent or guardian account

Use this page to add a parent or guardian account. 

Before creating a guardian account, confirm with the school that the individual requesting the account is the student's legal guardian.

  1. Click Students.

  2. Filter to find the student and click Get Data OR enter the student's name in the search bar.

     Tips

    If the student list is longer than 1000 students, use the filters to narrow down the list first.

  3. Click the student's name.

  4. Click Guardian Accounts.

  5. Enter the required fields for the guardian account. 
    • User Name
    • Password
    • Last Name
    • First Name
    • Email
    • Phone

  6. Click Create.
