Creating Mentor/Counselor accounts — Program Leads


Before creating a new Mentor/Counselor account, verify that an account does not already exist.

To create a Mentor/Counselor account:

  1. On the Mentors tab, click Add Mentor
  2. Input the mentor or counselor's information in the applicable fields. To determine which selections to make, reference IVLP module permissions by role - External roles.
  3. Scroll down and click Save.



If you receive an error on the username, do not create a new account. Contact your Imagine Instructional Services point of contact and request a username correction.
