Sending a Progress Report

Use this page to learn how to send a Progress Report via auto-email. 

  1. Click Enrollments

  2. Select the Search criteria for the recipients of the Progress Report.

  3. Click Get Data

  4. Checkmark the students to receive the Progress Report.

  5. Click Add new Auto-Email

  6. From the drop-down menu, select that this is a Progress Report.

  7. Select a Template

  8. Enter the Subject of the email.

  9. Edit the name and email of the sender.

  10. Checkmark any other recipients to receive the email.

  11. The template selected will appear. Edits can be made to the template in the body of the email.

  12. Click Update Sample to view a preview of the email.

  13. Select the Periodicity

  14. Enter the Name for the recurring email.

  15. Click Save
