This page explains how to add an attachment when creating an email in Imagine Learning Virtual Portal (ILVP, formerly SIS).
- Click Send Email after selecting all the students that are going to receive the attachment.
To see the steps for searching for a student or enrollment, click here.
Click Upload attachment.
- Select the file to use as an attachment.
- Check that the correct file was selected. If it is not the correct file, click the X next to the filename to remove it from the email.
- When the correct file has been attached, click Send at the bottom of the page.
