Adding an attachment to ILVP email

This page explains how to add an attachment when creating an email in Imagine Learning Virtual Portal (ILVP, formerly SIS).

  1. Click Send Email after selecting all the students that are going to receive the attachment.
    To see the steps for searching for a student or enrollment, click here.
  2. Click Upload attachment.
  3. Select the file to use as an attachment.
  4. Check that the correct file was selected. If it is not the correct file, click the X next to the filename to remove it from the email.
  5. When the correct file has been attached, click Send at the bottom of the page.
