Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled globally for specific user groups in the Imagine Learning Virtual Portal (ILVP). If a user's role requires MFA, they can follow the steps below to set up and configure it.
- In the browser, navigate to https://ilvp.imaginelearning.com/ and log in.
- If you haven't already set up multi-factor authentication, you will be directed to add a two-factor authentication app onto your phone or tablet, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. Download the app.
- Scan the QR code that displays on your screen.
- Input the 6-digit code from your authentication app.
- Click Set Up Two-Factor Now.
A success message displays. - Click Continue. The Dashboard displays as usual.
